My shipping information is incorrect, how do I update the information on my order? 

Please email us at with your order number and the updated addresses information and we can have that changed on our end. If the shipment has already been processed with the shipping carrier, we will have to redirect the package back to the sender and re-ship out your order. 

I want to send a package to a friend/relative as a gift. How do I ship the order? 

If you choose to send your order to a friend/relative as a gift, simply add your address to the billing address and then add in the recipient’s address into the shipping address. If you have any issues with shipping to another address that is different from yours, please email at us

What shipping carriers do you use? 

Standard shipping is done with Canada Post, while express shipping is done with FedEx.  

My tracking number is not showing any updates. What do I do? 

Firstly, it is recommended to take the tracking number given and visit the Canada Post website or FedEx website to input the tracking number into their system to see if there are any updates. If there is an issue with the shipment or the shipment requires an action before it can be shipped, this then needs to be dealt directly with Canada Post or FedEx. You can use the following phone numbers to contact Canada Post and FedEx to get further information about your shipment:

Is there a signature required for my delivery? 

There is no signature required for your shipment. Orders will be shipped directly to the address given without further information being collected. 

Do you offer pick-up or courier delivery? 

Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront that allows for customer pick-up, and we do not deal with private courier companies to ship.  

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually shipped out of our fulfilment center within 1 business day of placing the order. Average delivery time is between 2-5 business days. If any delays are concerned, please contact and our support team will be happy to look into it for you.

How do I make a change to my order?

Orders are usually shipped out within 1 business day of submission. You can check the status of your order on “my account” and also through confirmation email we sent out. If you wish to make any changes to your order, you may send a request to before its being marked as complete. Once it’s complete, you would have to follow the return process.


A product is missing from my order. What do I do? 

We apologize for the inconvenience of your missing product. Please email with your order number and tell us the product you are missing. We will have the shipping team send out another package with the missing product.  

I received the wrong product. What do I do? 

We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. Please email with your order number and tell us the product you received. We will then send you a shipping label via email to send back the incorrect product and in the meantime, have the correct product reshipped to you. 

I did not receive my order. What happens next? 

If you did not receive your order in the 3-5 business days from the date of purchase, you will need to email with your order to find out the status of your order. If the order has not been shipped out, we will expedite the shipment to make sure you receive it in a timely manner. 

I did not like the product and wanted a refund. How do I get a refund? 

We apologize in advance if you have had a bad experience with one of the products purchased. CBD is not for everyone, and we understand that. Unfortunately, we do not take any product back for cross-contamination purposes, but we do honor refunds, or we can recommend a replacement product. Email to initiate a refund.  

What is your return policy?

How do I create an account?

Account creation is absolutely simple and easy. Click the user icon on the top right section or register button within the menu if you are using mobile device. Fill in your information and you are good to go.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

As long as you have access to the valid email address you’ve used to sign up, you can reset the password. Click on “Forgot my password” on the log in page, and we will send you a link to reset the password.

Where can I find any promotions? 

We deliver promotions on many different channels, on-site, social media platforms and email. Please sign up to our email list found on the bottom of our home page to be the first one to hear about the news!. 


Will CBD make me high? 

No, our zero THC oil is free of any THC and our full spectrum oil contains legal dose of THC (<0.3%), therefore not causing any psychoactive effect.

What is the difference between CBD and THC? 

Both are chemical compounds found in the hemp and cannabis plant known as cannabinoids. The major difference between CBD and THC is its psychoactive effects. THC has psychoactive effects when consumed which can feel like tiredness or a ‘high’ feeling. CBD does not give that effect when taken.

How do I take CBD? 

There are many ways to take CBD. The most popular is in an oil form (taken directly under the tongue) for faster absorption. Other ways to take CBD are: edibles (such as gummies), vaping, capsules and topicals. 

What are the benefits of CBD?

Can you travel with CBD? 

You can freely travel throughout Canada with CBD. If traveling outside of Canada, do your research on their CBD laws before taking any products with you.
